Ottolenghi - Valencian Orange Roasting Glaze 265g

A roasting glaze built around Valencian orange, white miso and Aleppo chilli. The brightness of the orange and the saltiness of the miso do something particularly good to anything going into a hot oven. It caramelises as it roasts into something sticky and deeply savoury. Works with ham, sausages and salmon; particularly good with carrots and parsnips.

Ingredients: Valencian orange (30%), sugar, extra virgin olive oil, miso paste (10%) (water, SOYBEAN, rice, salt, yeast, koji), water, garlic puree, ginger puree, Dijon mustard (water, MUSTARD seeds, vinegar, salt), Aleppo chilli (0.6%), clove, acidity regulator: citric acid, colour: paprika extract.
