We have combined the finest high grown, traditional Japanese Matcha with some of the worlds best strawberries from the pristine, cool environment of Tasmania. We then added our own Papua New Guinean Vanilla Bean Organic Sugar.
It made perfect sense to pair these beans with high grade Japanese Matcha, adding a touch of our raw organic vanilla sugar and creating what we believe is the perfect Vanilla Matcha.
We use the finest freeze dried Tasmanian Raspberry Powder, which we then combine with premium Japanese Matcha. The vibrant acidity of the Raspberry perfectly compliments and balances the earthy unami notes of the matcha, creating a smooth mouthfeel and a truly harmonious flavour.
