Fiasconaro 's Cioccolato Panettone (brioche) is a handmade cake without raisins or candied fruit, topped with chocolate drops and covered with icing. This plain Panettone is hand-wrapped in Italy.
Soft wheat flour, butter, sugar, fresh eggs, chocolate chips 10%, fresh egg yolk, natural yeast, hazelnut paste 2%, Sicilian honey, invert sugar, orange puree (chopped orange peel, sugar, concentrated lemon juice), emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, zibbibo wine 0.5%, cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, salt, natural flavorings: vanilla berries. Icing 11% (fresh egg white, sugar, rice flour, apricot kernel flour, modified starch, flavorings, bitter cocoa), granulated sugar. (May contain traces of other nuts. Does not contain genetically modified ingredients.
