Erstwilder Lucky Dips are available strictly while stocks last. Lucky Dips are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind. If a fault is found we will offer a refund or exchange for another Lucky Dip. Lucky Dip products may vary from order to order and from images displayed which are for illustration purposes only. Lucky Dip designs may also include pieces in perfect condition but which are missing their accompanying story card. Lucky Dip designs may also include remaining stock from a bonus gift promotion that has since ended.
Each piece is made from laser-cut and layered resin, hand assembled, hand painted and released in limited quantities. As all of our designs are lovingly glued, assembled and painted by hand, there can be very slight variations and blemishes from piece to piece. Due to the hand-mixed nature of the resins in our designs, it is also common and normal to find tiny flecks or bubbles in the resin layers. All in all, this just makes each piece as special and unique as you are.
Brooch clasps are made from stainless steel. Components have changed over time and older designs may be made with other materials.
